Reap Card: turning everyday business spending into a product system
Visa Card, Webapp, Mobile App
Reap started with a simple but painful gap: fast-growing teams needed a way to pay for everyday business expenses without opening another bank account or navigating heavy approval workflows. Reap Card became the answer — a corporate credit card experience designed to give teams faster access to spending power, clearer control, and fewer operational blockers.

Define ↓
The big idea
My role was to translate that business need into a usable card product across web and mobile: from the first landing experience to card creation, management, team permissions, and transaction monitoring. Instead of treating the card as a standalone payment tool, the design challenge was to make it feel like part of a wider operating system for company spending.
Who are the potential clients?

Difficulties till now … 🧟♀️
Designing a Visa card is not as easy as I thought… Looking through the docs from Visa side was so painful.
Guidelines , and constrains from producer side was the major challenge.
Ideas ↓
Gathering ideas for the dashboards …
So after consider the user's needs and the available resources we have for this project, I decided to mainly focus on landing page of the dashboard.

Test ↓
User testings for Low-fi design
User testing for low-fidelity designs is essential for early validation of ideas, identifying major usability issues, gathering user feedback, and enabling rapid iterative improvements. This process ensures that the foundational design concepts are user-centered and aligned with user needs before investing in high-fidelity prototypes.

Importance of User Testing
Conducting low-fidelity design user testing was vital for early validation, identifying usability issues, and ensuring the design aligned with user needs.
This project is still on-going after it launched… 🚀
We gained huge success with this innovative product - ever since that I am the main product feature designer for this product and working on enhancements and different features.
